Combining elements of traditional Tae Kwon Do and Muay Thai
kickboxing, our kickboxing program burns approximately
750 calories per class with non-stop kicking and punching on
pads and mitts.This is a total body workout that you will not
find at a gym. Our classes offer both heart-healthy cardio
drills and muscle-strengthening resistance training, plus the
added bonus offlexibility training to keep your muscles healthy.


In addition to kickboxing, our program trains students in Krav Maga, the self defense system used by Israeli special forces. We practice self-defense techniques until they become second-nature. Attackers are shocked when a victim has the knowledge and strength to defend themselves. The sense of empowerment and confidence you will gain from this training is invaluable.
